You may cancel an order within 12 hours after you place your order. Email our team at contact@tailvibes.com with subject "CANCEL ORDER" and include your order number in the body of the email.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@tailvibes.com Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Lost or Stolen Orders

Tail Vibes accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
